This leadership conference is geared towards Middle School students. Spring Jam Youth staff, FNL/CL staff and adult volunteers facilitate the one day conference.

 

The goal is to strengthen individuals, as well as their chapters, through workshops, small groups, and fun activities with a focus on prevention of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs.

April 3rd, 2021

A single day conference of fun and learning for all FNL youth and their advisors.

 

Workshops prepare youth to better communicate the dangers of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs to your peers, organize and lead your chapter in exciting prevention projects, work on personal goal setting and team development.

A special evening to honor the Advisors and Outstanding Youth Leaders from each chapter. Parents are also invited to join in the fun as we honor the year's outstanding achievements with awards, recognition, prizes and refreshments.

October 16th, 2021

​

Advisors and youth will have the opportunity to attend workshops around youth advocacy, environmental prevention, public speaking, and learn about different projects and campaigns you can implement in your communities.

September 28th, 2021

​

We will be discussing topics such as FNL support, recruitment and retention, youth adult partnerships, ordering of items, and our events for this year.
